Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my fulfillment vendors are experiencing an increase in production times.

MetalPrints - 2-3 days
Canvas Prints - 5-6 days
Wood Prints - 3-4 days
Acrylic Prints - 4-8 weeks
Framed Prints - 7-14 days
Photo Prints - 3-4 days (not always available)

Please note that the carriers are experiencing a few days of delays as well. All teams are diligently working to get orders out. They are working as efficiently as possible while following the required guidelines to ensure the safety of their workers. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All print orders are shipped through my production partner via the cheapest route, using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on order size and distance. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their print order has shipped. For originals, limited edition prints, and custom products/treasures in my store, make sure you read each item description to know what the order processing time is, so you know what to expect. If there are no details listed for processing time on your order, you may inquire about it prior to ordering or after you've placed your order. Generally, most orders go out within a week, unless a certain item is on back-order, in which case you will be notified immediately via email, to update your order status. Please contact me to request any rush order and I can let you know what the additional costs would be for your request. All regular print orders are shipped from northern California and Limited Edition Prints are shipped from Los Angeles. There are a number of variables that will affect the price of shipping. The price you see at the check out will be calculated based on weight, quantity, and size. Please contact me if you have any questions about your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! International Orders outside of the US and Canada may be subject to local import taxes or tariffs. Please be aware that we are not liable for any customs fee or incoming tariff that you may be charged as your parcel(s) enters your country. This has nothing to do with sejsaraiyafineart.com and is not applied by us. This is solely up to your country's discretion.
Do you have an in-store pick up option if I live nearby?
For limited edition prints, you can most likely come up your order at my private studio in Topanga, CA if you are near here. This option isn't available with regular prints since those are handled by my production partner in Northern California. However, I do have a variety of prints and products available for pick up, if desired. Just contact me, and let me know what you'd like to purchase, and I'll check to see if it's available for pick up.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS?
Limited Edition Prints Return Policy
Limited Edition Prints may be returned within 7 days if it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Email us and we will send you a shipping label. The cost will be deducted from your return. There is also a 15% restocking fee.
Other Prints Return Policy
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us here send us an email.
